Job: Marketing Associate / Assistant Graphic Designer
A financial securities company located in downtown Clearwater is looking for an energetic, dependable and professional marketing associate / graphic design assistant.
Do you enjoy working in a fun, team-oriented and an extremely fast-paced environment with many deadlines? This position would coordinate conferences, assemble marketing materials and prepare for timely distribution, as well as file/organize marketing binders. Work with vendors to assist the marketing manager with the selection of quality promotional items thru relationship building with vendors as well as the ability to negotiate pricing. Candidate must have exceptional time-management skills and be very well organized.
The individual should be comfortable working in a 'government regulatory' environment as it relates to design and copy writing process and be well versed in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Must be comfortable working on PC's.

Required skills:
- LAdvanced knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Adobe CS3
- Organized
- Detail oriented
- Some experience working in a marketing department or ad agency
- Negotiating skills
- Any experience working in a mailroom, administrative or securities capacity would be considered a plus.
